I just wanted to send a little note to thank you all for giving me the opportunity to participate in the flag run. I ran from Springer, Ok. to Davis, Ok. and will never forget the experience of being able to bring the flag into my hometown. I'm so sorry that it seems nothing was organized by my town aside from the police and firefighter's escort, to honor the occasion. I know that it was late at night when we arrived, but that should be no excuse not to have something to show support. I do appreciate the ones that were there to cheer the flag onto it's final destination.

You guys are awesome!! Thanks again for giving me a memory and a feeling that I will never forget!
