In addition to the possibility of “real-time” video streaming of the conclusion of this event, we have received a generous offer from an Atlanta video company to serve, via the Internet, previously recorded video. If you have video of the events in your towns or cities and would like to submit it for possible inclusion in our video record, for streaming and CD, please review the following information:

1. The quality of the imagery must be good.
2. You will need to send your master tapes (copies will be degraded too much to be useful).
3. If you want your master tapes back, you will need to send a self-addressed label with shipping paid for return.
4. The video company will do limited production and editing using professional equipment. Do not edit the tape yourself.
5. The format desired, in order of preference, is:
