This is the RV that accompanies the runners. Normally, it is the first vehicle immediately behind the runners. Although it is equipped with a small kitchen, it does not have any AC electrical source, so the microwave and other cooking is out of the question. It does have a small toilet, but it should be used for emergencies only since the holding tank is small and the process of dumping the tank requires the RV leave the procession. This vehicle serves as the moving coordination center for the state coordinators and access is restricted. Runners are not normally boarded in this vehicle except in sparsely populated areas. Other support vehicles arranged by the states are normally used to transport runners.
