A corps of volunteers are assisting in the collections of donations that are to be received from the event. Contributions are greatly appreciated from four basic sources:

• Corporate sponsorship of the event with cash donations and donations of goods & services.
• Donations on the run itself. It is not practical to have our runners collecting money on the street, so we have specially-printed envelopes available from the drivers and coordinators in the RV "chase vehicle" right behind the runners.
• Sale of Official Event T-Shirts on the run itself or via the web site (click on the red t-shirts link above). The cost for the shirt is $15. This is an excellent way for many people to make a modest donation and have a wonderful reminder of their participation and their support.
• Direct donations to our fund account (see inset box at right).

Please consider donating what you can today so that the families of the pilots, flight attendants, military, government, firemen, police, and emergency worker victims of the tragic events of September 11th will have tangible proof that the American public remembers and appreciates the ultimate sacrifice given by their loved ones.
