D-4. Things are beginning to gel. I've gotten several offers to help coordinate staging runners in areas thruoghout the state. Thank you to those who have stepped up! This will help considerably as we are now over 60 groups and indivuals and still growing daily. We still need extra coordinators. Many hands makes light work. Thanks.

I've gotten some replies for running location preferences but not enough to really stack all the stages. I really need to get your inputs or else I'll have to make some assignments. Please let me know by noon Sat as that's when I will start to finalize our groups. If you're not sure or have no preference, let me know that as well.

Shuttling runners is still one of my concerns. My hopes are that everyone will come with a friend who can help them keep up with their vehicle, or groups together can work a carpool. If you are concerned about getting back to your vehicle please let me know and we'll be sure to stage you in such a way that you won't get stuck. Please let me know now. Otherwise I will assume we're all OK and take this item off my list.

Expect to get a phone call from myself or another coordinator over the weekend to verify plans for Tues/Wed. If you don't hear from us don't think we've forgotten anyone. We want and need all runners and support people. E-mail or call w/ any questions but plan to go w/ what you have submitted for your preferences in the absence of anything else.
