It is truly a blessing to be part of history.

I was part of the group that ran the flag from Magdalena to VLA. I am a police officer for the city of Socorro N.M. and it was an honor to run the flag of our great country along side with my fellow brothers in blue. Thinking back to 9-11 it brings the image back to me of the plane crashing into the side of one of the towers. Once I learned more about this flag trip and one of its purposes I broke down and cried because I was glad to be part of making that trip that should have been all the way to Los Angelas. I also was very proud to be doing this for all my fellow brothers in blue that lost thier lives on that day along with the firefighters. This truly shows that AMERICA will not back down on the fight on terrorism. I am proud to be from the land of the FREE and the home of the BRAVE. GOD BLESS AMERICA.
