This was just an incredible experience! My brother (Brian Williamson) and I (Lori Dotson) were so overcome with emotion that we have decided to go out to California to run a few more legs in the Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley area and then into LA on Sunday, 11/11. Brian and I carried the flag through portions of the East Mountains last weekend and we were two of the runners featured in the Albuquerque Journal photo (In the photo I'm carrying the NM flag and Brian is wearing the white shirt and sporting the big grin).
