In Willard, NM, a small rural town west of Vaughn, NM @ 2:35 AM MST on Nov. 3, you would not expect much of a reception, however, approximately 10 people had lined the road, holding sparklers. It's the small towns, at the all hours of the night, that had impressed me during this event.
