Flag Run Party Plans Part One

After much thought, we have decided to have the NM Flag Run party on Saturday December 8 at 3 pm. This seems to meet most people's schedule. I have chosen to locate the party in Albuquerque because it is the most central location. I am still looking for the "perfect" place. We need a place that will allow us to bring our own food and drink. This will avoid having to have a "head count" before hand. Depending on how many people will attend, I will choose either a home or a public meeting place.

If you think that you might attend, please send me an email so I can get a preliminary count. This does not mean that you are committing, simply planning. From this count, I will pick a place.

If you have abetter idea, please let me know.

I appreciate your patience with this final part of the project. It is sifficult to get the perfect time, place, etc. We will make a plan and move forward and hope for the best.

Once again thanks for all that you have done for this wonderful project. Those of you who send in diary enteries and pictures thank you.
