Folks,

Last update other than once its over. I’m on the road after 4pm today. At this point Join in anywhere along the route. The runners have been doing a great job, we are averaging about 10 minutes early.

Hottest points are Fredericksburg at 5:30 and the Rt 10/301 intersection at 7am south of Richmond. South Hill should be good also.

I ran about 5 miles total this morning up north. What a great feeling!! Be safe and have fun.

PS: you don’t have to join at a specific point. Drive using the time line and when you see the crowd of runners join in a carry the flag a while.
